

Active full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible to enroll in benefits. Benefits for new hires, unless explained otherwise, will become effective on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment. If you do not enroll during your initial eligibility period, you will have to wait until the next Open Enrollment period to enroll.
Elections you make now will stay in effect through the end of the plan year, unless you have a qualifying left event. Please refer to your benefits guide for more details.
